Keeping your exteriors protected, through pre-listing inspections, inspections before you buy, and ongoing annual inspections is one of the best ways to protect your finances.
It’s simple:
1️⃣ Know what type of property and the financial commitments that come along with it, that you’re walking into.
If your agent/broker doesn’t have exterior inspections, completed by an exterior specialist, added to their checklist… make sure you do!
2️⃣ Schedule annual inspections, so there is no discrepancy on when damage occurred (date and time stamped).
3️⃣ Schedule annual maintenance, so there is no discrepancy on negligence (date and time stamped).
4️⃣ Work with a reputable insurance company, so when you need it, you get a return on those premiums.
5️⃣ Take that money you would have had to spend if you didn’t listen to us, and invest it, save it, take a vacation, buy a car — whatever your 🤍 desires!
